User Data Deletion Instructions

If you have linked your Facebook or Instagram account to Wesend and wish to delete your associated data (Platform Data), you can do so at any time.

To request deletion of your data:

1. Login to your account on Wesend at app.wesend.chat.
2. Navigate to Connected Accounts in your Profile dashboard.
3. Expand the "Details" section for your account, then click the "Remove Account" button.

This action will immediately revoke our access and permanently delete all Facebook- and Instagram-related data (including messages and profile information) associated with your account from our servers and any connected third-party processors.

If you no longer have access to your Wesend account or need further assistance, please contact us at: [email protected] and we will process your deletion request within applicable legal timeframes.
